I had a tooth extraction done and the quality and customer service here by Gabby and Dr. Erice is TOP NOTCH! I was in and out in a very decent time even though my tooth was a bit stubborn. They were both very helpful and caring, I'm 6 months pregnant and Gabby made sure my X-rays were taken very carefully! Making sure I was doing okay every step of the way. Both Gabby and Dr. Erice kept asking if I was doing okay making sure not to put any extra strain on baby. Not to mention how fast they both replied to any questions I had during my recovery time. I have been a patient here for over a year now and I have attended on multiple occasions. I always have a very pleasant experience here and I have never experienced any kind of issues. Staff are always friendly and welcoming, the office is always immaculate, I appreciate that they have an online client portal where I have access to my dental records and appointments, and I feel I always receive high quality service. I also want to add that in the past I’ve gone to other dental offices that were trying to sell me all these unnecessary expensive treatments. Not once have I ever felt this was being done to me at Spring Klein Dentistry. My dentist here, Clair Erice, has always been very personable, professional, and she spends enough time with me to never make me feel rushed. I always leave in good spirits.
